My cousin gave me a drop spindle for Christmas, and I just used it to spin the little bundle of roving that it came with into a tiny amount of bulky weight yarn. Thank you, Megan LaCore, for your YouTube tutorials on drafting and spinning, without which this wouldn’t have been possible. I can’t believe I actually made yarn today. It was so awkward and yet so much fun. I can’t wait to do it again tomorrow.
